About Laurie
Laurie Warner is an experienced educator, instructional coach, and educational consultant who partners with schools to strengthen teaching, collaborative practice, and student support systems.
With more than two decades in education, Laurie has worked with teachers, school leaders and collaborative teams in the areas of professional learning communities, Tier 1 instruction, assessment and data use, intervention, instructional coaching and professional development.
Her approach is practical, collaborative, and relationship-based. Laurie is known for building trust with educators and creating a supportive environment where teachers feel comfortable reflecting on practice, trying new strategies and working toward meaningful instructional change.
Laurie’s background in special education gives her a unique perspective on the connection between strong core instruction, effective intervention, and appropriate student support. She has extensive experience with IEPs, 504 plans, intervention systems, and the needs of struggling learners.
In addition to her work with schools, Laurie continues to support families through special education advocacy and transition services.
